Shipping costs

• Free refund services (no additional cost for the national territory).
• Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time for shipments by air or sea service based on the criterion of the most economical service.

The shipping cost value presented here includes:

• Transportation INSURANCE.
• VAT.
• Packaging service.
• Packaging for transport.
• SMS message on the eve of the delivery day.

Other services not included:

• Reshipment to a different address after leaving our warehouse will cost €6.00.
• The transport company does not guarantee to make a phone call to the customer to schedule the delivery.
